Every number on this site comes from a state statute, a court rule, or a court's own published timeline. Each state page lists what was read and when it was last checked.

Where a field has not been verified from a primary source, the page says "Not verified" rather than guessing. A rating marked provisional means at least one scoring field is still unverified for that state.
